Ekaterina Katana

Ekaterina Katana serves as the VP and User Experience Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since December 2018, where the focus is on leading the Global Fees program to enhance and unify client and advisor experiences through the development of an automated fees platform. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Designer at Aquent and UX Designer at Revain, where efforts concentrated on creating a blockchain feedback platform for authentic online reviews. Previous positions also include Senior Product Designer at IPONWEB, where the BidSwitch project managed Open RTB supply sources for buyers and sellers, and UX Designer at Workle, Drimmi, and Веб-студия Махаон, contributing to diverse projects involving game design, user research, and product design. Ekaterina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Processes Modelling and Optimization from the Higher School of Economics.
