Heidi Erdman

Heidi Erdman currently serves as the Managing Director of Business Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Heidi held various leadership positions at cxLoyalty, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Client Management, Vice President of Product Management, and Senior Director of Product Management, starting in April 2013. Earlier experience includes roles at Affinion Group, where Heidi was Director of Product Management, Sr. Product Solutions Manager, and Product Manager from August 2006 to March 2013, as well as a scientific position at Pharmaceutical Product Development and PPD, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Heidi Erdman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College, obtained in 1999.
