Namita Kadam

Namita Kadam is a Junior Analyst at JPMorganChase, having started in January 2024, and previously interned in the CIB Research and Analytics Team. Namita gained experience as a Finance Research Intern at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, focusing on the bibliometric analysis of cryptocurrencies and blockchain using the Scopus database from 2008 to 2022, alongside skills in VOSviewer, Microsoft Excel, and SQL Server Management Studio. As a Training and Placement Coordinator at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Namita coordinated campus recruitment activities and managed relationships with organizations. Additionally, a short tenure as a Project Management Intern at GlobalShala involved leading a team of seven to deliver project milestones for a global competition. Namita is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology and has also completed minors in Management, Accounting, and Finance at SPJIMR.
