Natalie Dubeansky

Natalie Dubeansky, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Recruiting Researcher in Military Veteran Recruitment at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Consultant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where support was provided to enhance organizational performance, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at OCLC, achieving a notable reduction in time to fill positions. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at ViaQuest, Inc., managing HR functions for multiple companies, and at the Ohio National Guard, where HR processes were efficiently developed for over 800 personnel.
