Andres Ballate

Andres Ballate, CPE, serves as the Director of Estimating for JRM Construction Management since June 2020, where prior roles included Senior Estimator for this ENR TOP 400 and ENR TOP 10 NY contractor. Previously, at CNY Group from January 2017 to June 2020, Andres was promoted to Head of Estimating Department, overseeing a team of five estimators across diverse sectors such as hospitality and residential developments. With earlier experience as a Senior Estimator and Estimator at LPCiminelli, and a background at Inspiron Construction and O & S Associates, Andres has developed expertise in project estimation, management, and design engineering. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Andres combines technical knowledge with extensive industry experience.
