Grayson Haaga

Grayson Haaga is a Project Engineer in the Healthcare Division at JRM Construction Management, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Grayson worked at Herrero Builders from January 2023 to October 2024, serving as the Lead Project Engineer for a $36 million Fuel Oil Tank Replacement Project at UCSF Parnassus Heights Campus. Grayson participated in the selective 5x5x5 AIA East Bay Mentorship Program in late 2021, focusing on architectural portfolio development and professional skills. Prior experience includes an internship at Chris McMahon Architects+Studio, producing construction drawings and preparing permit applications for residential projects, and working as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's. Grayson holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2022, and graduated from Sequoia High School in 2018.
