Karen Madrid

Karen Madrid is an accomplished Estimator with over a decade of experience in the construction and architectural fields. Currently serving at Urban Atelier Group since January 2020, Karen specializes in reviewing bid documents, providing cost estimates, and preparing technical proposals, particularly for acoustical plaster projects. Previously, from May 2011 to January 2020, Karen worked at EverGreene Architectural Arts, Inc., where significant projects included the Goldwater Hospital Mural Removal and the 9/11 Museum NovaWall. Karen's expertise also encompasses field project administration, including onsite duties, coordination with contractors, and managing material orders. Karen holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, awarded in 2011.
