Bryce Shaw

Bryce Shaw is an Intermediate Software Engineer at JSI, where responsibilities include strengthening software processes through build/test pipelines and managing Azure resources in Kubernetes. Prior experience includes a Software Developer role at Energy Toolbase, focusing on full stack development in TypeScript, React, Node.js, C#, HTML, and CSS. Previous internships include integrating federated login flows at Pason, managing alternative fuels programs at Lafarge, and analyzing engine data at Alstom Power. Bryce's educational background consists of a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, along with additional studies in Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Renewable Energy. Furthermore, Bryce has extensive experience in kayaking instruction and community engagement, having held coaching and instructional positions across various organizations.
