JST was founded on the principle that kids learn better when they love what they do, and they love what they do by having fun! Our teaching methods are centered around this principle to provide the perfect balance between learning and having fun. Our goal is to instill a lifelong love of fitness through sports and dance.

JST provides sports and dance instruction to young athletes. From beginner to advanced classes, our programs are designed for youth of all ages and skill levels. Classes are taught by experienced teachers specially trained in youth coaching techniques and methods of instruction.
