Shreyas Jadhav

Shreyas Jadhav is an accomplished electrical engineer with experience in various roles, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at JSW Energy Ltd since July 2022. Shreyas began as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Engineers Without Borders SRM, where involvement in technical projects spanned from November 2020 to May 2022. Additional professional experience includes a role in the Supply Chain Learning Track at Schneider Electric, where engagement with the company’s operations provided valuable insights into the business value chain. Shreyas has also completed internships focused on solar photovoltaic systems design, electrical system maintenance at Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, and hands-on training with Indian Railways, gaining practical knowledge in electrical components of locomotives.
