Susanne Santana

Susanne Santana has extensive experience in procurement and category management, currently serving as Cluster Category Manager Services and previously as Local Category Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since December 2017. In these roles, Susanne has applied category management principles to achieve strategic goals and participated in financial planning. Prior to JTI, Susanne worked as Marketing Procurement Lead, supporting marketing functions by providing market intelligence and identifying opportunities. Susanne's earlier experience includes positions as a Purchasing Associate at Stryker and Massage Envy, and as an Operations Intern at Jukely. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Pace University, earned in 2015.
