Jane Mwangi is a Kenyan nurse and insurance professional who currently serves as a board member at Jubilee Insurance. Jane has worked in a variety of settings, from hospitals to research facilities, and has gained a wealth of experience in their field.
Mwangi began their career as a registered nurse in 2010, working at Avante Rehabilitation Center. Jane then moved to Select Medical, where they worked for two years before taking a position with Kenyatta National Hospital. In 2013, they began working as a research assistant and registered nurse for Touch a Life Africa Mission. Jane continued working as a registered nurse after returning to Kenya in 2016, first at Aga Khan University Hospital and then at CIC Insurance Company.
Mwangi is passionate about their work and is dedicated to helping others. Jane is a strong advocate for the health and well-being of their patients and clients, and they are committed to providing quality care.
Jane Mwangi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi. Jane is also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International. Jane went on to study Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City and later at the University of Central Oklahoma. Jane holds a high school diploma from Pangani Girl's High School. Jane is certified by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in CM1(CT1&CT5) and by the Texas Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Jane is also certified by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a Certified Medication Aide.
