Shawn Grant

Shawn Grant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in scientific operations and non-clinical development. Currently serving as the Director of Scientific Operations at JucaBio since October 2024, Shawn previously held the role of Director of Non-clinical Development at Airway Therapeutics from February 2016 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading the development of non-clinical programs and managing toxicology studies for IND applications. Prior to that, Shawn's career at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center spanned over 15 years, during which roles included Operations Manager for Seven Hills Bioreagents and Lab Manager. Early career experiences included positions at Imperial Adhesives and Procter & Gamble, focusing on technical service and research. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
