Julio Velez

Julio Velez is a seasoned Project Manager at Judlau Contracting, Inc., since October 2010, overseeing the East Side Project, specifically the Manhattan Tunnels and Caverns. Prior to this role, Velez served as a Resident Engineer at DMJM Harris from June 2002 to September 2006, managing construction for the Steam Tunnel Project in Manhattan. Velez began career as a Job Superintendent at Kiewit from June 1997 to June 2002, field supervising the Queens Water Tunnel Project. Julio Velez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut, completed in 1997.
