Christine Lafrance O’Byrne

Christine LaFrance O’Byrne is an accomplished professional in the financial services sector with extensive experience in customer success and client management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Jump - Advisor AI since December 2024, Christine is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and account management within an AI platform designed for wealth managers and financial advisors. Previously, as the Head of Client Success and Development at M1 from 2020 to 2024, Christine played a key role in scaling the company from Series B to unicorn status, achieving over 10X growth to $10B in assets under management while developing client experience strategies. Christine's background includes significant roles at J.P. Morgan as a Private Banker, and various positions in venture capital and capital markets at Moderne Ventures, Harris Associates, Fidelity Investments, and Barclays Investment Bank.
