Michael Heuer

Michael Heuer is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Jungheinrich AG since January 2021. Prior roles at Diehl Aviation spanned from March 1994 to December 2020, where Michael held several key positions including Recovery Manager, President & CEO, Vice President of Sales and Customer Service, Head of Sales and Order Management, Site Operations Manager, and Head of Customer Service. Additionally, Michael contributed to the AlabamaGermany Partnership as a member of the Board of Directors from November 2018 to July 2020. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Pace University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
