Ton Doornhein has extensive experience in leadership and production management within the yacht equipment and automotive industries. Currently serving as Voorman at Jungheinrich Nederland BV since December 2017, Ton is responsible for overseeing workspace processes and managing teams. Prior roles include Voorman Montage & Verspaning at Akerboom Yacht Equipment, where responsibilities encompassed the entire production process, coaching a team of 15, and ensuring safety and quality standards. With a solid background starting as a Mastenmaker and an Automonteur, Ton holds degrees in Allround Monteur and Motorvoertuigentechniek, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills and industry knowledge.
