Giovana Oliveira

Giovana Oliveira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A at Jusbrasil since May 2021, Giovana previously held various roles at Too Seguros, including Business Development Manager and Digital Transformation Specialist, where responsibilities included leading growth strategies and managing shareholder communication. Prior experience includes positions as an Equity Research Analyst at Credit Suisse Brasil and an Equity Research Intern, where analysis of Brazilian retail and consumption stocks was undertaken. Giovana holds a Bachelor's degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has also studied at USP - Universidade de São Paulo and the University of Cologne.
