Brian Jacek

Brian Jacek currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director at JustCause and holds adjunct professor positions at the University at Buffalo School of Law and St. John Fisher College. Prior to these roles, Brian worked as a law clerk at the United States District Court and as an associate at Nixon Peabody LLP. Brian's legal education includes a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA from Boston College. Brian also gained practical experience as a student attorney in clinics focused on immigrants' rights and as a judicial intern in various courts.
