Xue Fen Koh

Xue Fen Koh currently serves in Sales Strategy & Operations at JustCo since October 2023. Previously, Xue Fen held the position of Singlife Account Product Lead, Digital at Singlife from May 2022 to October 2023, leading a team focused on the Singlife App and product management. Prior to that, Xue Fen worked at DBS Bank from June 2016 to November 2021 in various roles, including managing the retirement framework for the NAV Planner digital financial planning tool and driving customer experience initiatives through Design Thinking methodologies. Earlier career experience includes roles in Regional Marketing at iflix and as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, where Xue Fen was involved in significant growth and service transformation programs for ASEAN conglomerates. Xue Fen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & Marketing from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, completed in 2011.
