Michelle Cracknell

Michelle Cracknell was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Just Group plc in March 2020.

Michelle was Chief Executive of The Pensions Advisory Service between October 2013 and December 2018. Prior to that, she held Director roles in advice firms, providers and insurance companies. She is a qualified actuary. In addition to the Just Group, Michelle is a Trustee of the Lloyds Bank Pension Funds, a Non-Executive Director of Fidelity International Holdings Limited and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of PensionBee Group plc.

Michelle is a member of the Remuneration Committee and a Director of Just Retirement Limited and Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited.
