Michal Lukowski

Michal Lukowski is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at JustRelate Group since September 2022, Michal utilizes expertise in building customer-oriented solutions within flat organizational structures. Prior to this role, Michal excelled at ASTEK Polska from February 2016 to August 2022, culminating as Recruitment Manager and IT Recruitment Team Leader, where responsibilities included leading IT recruitment teams, mentoring, strategic planning, and organizing job fairs. Additional roles include Recruitment Specialist positions at WAGO Corporation and Unit4 Poland and a Junior HR Consultant at Advisory Group TEST Human Resources.
