Leana Tran-le

Leana Tran-Le is an experienced Program Manager specializing in supply chain operations at Juul Labs since June 2018, leading a team dedicated to new product introduction, manufacturing capacity expansion, and cost optimization. With a focus on the JUUL2 product platform, Leana aims to significantly increase production capacity. Prior roles at Juul included overseeing packaging engineering projects, where Leana implemented strategies that reduced bill of materials costs by 15% and expanded international market presence. Before joining Juul Labs, Leana managed commercial HVAC construction projects at Western Allied Mechanical and worked as a Laser Application Engineer at ESI, developing advanced laser manufacturing solutions. Leana began a career in education as a Robotics Teacher, fostering engineering skills in young students, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
