Hector Keate

Hector Keate is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, business development, and customer servicing. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Juxtapose Studio since 2024, Hector previously held the position of Senior Director at Capital One, focusing on Customer Servicing & Strategy within Fraud & Disputes CX from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Hector was the Lead for Worldwide Strategy & Business Development at Apple from 2019 to 2022 and gained strategic experience as a Strategist during a six-month internship at X, the moonshot factory in 2019. Hector also worked as an Associate in Restructuring & Special Situations at PJT Partners in 2018-2019 and served as Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman from 2013 to 2016. Administrative experience includes teaching mathematics at the London Academy of Excellence from 2012 to 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University, an MPA Candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, and dual degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
