Nichole Cooley

Nichole Cooley is a seasoned professional in partnership development and management, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at K12 Coalition since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director of Partnerships and Development at New Teacher Center from October 2019 to March 2024, and previous positions at TNTP as Site Manager and Senior Program Manager from February 2010 to October 2019. Nichole began their career as an Inventory Manager at Fred's Inc. from November 2007 to February 2010. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Memphis, earned between 2002 and 2006.
