Stephanie Ulmer

Stephanie Ulmer has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Stephanie is currently serving as the Vice President, North America - Professional Channel for K18 Hair since May 2023. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at L'Oréal where they held various positions including Assistant Vice President - Business Development from October 2020 to November 2022, and Director of Business Development, National Accounts from November 2015 to October 2020.

Before joining L'Oréal, Stephanie worked at Kenra Professional where they held several roles including Head of Customer Marketing and Sales Planning from January 2015 to October 2015, Director of Brand Marketing from January 2014 to January 2015, Senior Brand Manager from September 2012 to January 2014, and Senior Regional Sales Manager from January 2011 to September 2012.

Stephanie's early career includes a position as Director of Admissions at Minnesota School of Business from April 2009 to January 2011, and an Executive Team Leader role at Target from May 2007 to April 2009.

Stephanie Ulmer completed their education at the University of St. Thomas from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they attended Hamline University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
