Ed Empamano

Ed Empamano currently serves as the Senior Vice President at K2 Services since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Chief Information Officer at Dykema from February 2021 to April 2024. Ed has a strong background in customer experience, having worked as the Director of Customer Experience at Perkins Coie LLP from May 2015 to February 2021, and in enterprise end-user services at Sidley Austin as the Director from May 2012 to October 2014. Additional experience includes directorships in user services at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and managerial roles at Bankers Life and Casualty Company and RR Donnelley. Ed's career began at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where Ed progressed from an analyst to an experienced senior. Ed holds a Master's degree from DePaul University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and a prior degree from DePaul University, completed in 2000.
