Yomi Togunde

Yomi Togunde, CFE, serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Managing Director for Investigations and Disputes at K2 Integrity since January 2019, leading investigations and providing litigation support while co-chairing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. Togunde previously held roles at PwC as Manager in Advisory - Forensics, where investigations focused on financial misreporting and anti-bribery assessments, and at Grocers Supply as Chief Auditor, establishing internal controls and enhancing process improvements. Earlier experience includes positions such as Manager of Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance at KBR, Inc., with significant responsibilities in audit management, compliance, and risk assessments. Togunde's career began at AIG as a Client Service Analyst, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
