Harold Philbrick

Harold Philbrick serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Kabinart™ Cabinetry, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Philbrick was the Plant Manager at Cabinetworks Group and Masco Cabinetry, overseeing multi-site operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Vice President and Director of Operations at Otis Technology, where implementation of a Quality Management System was achieved, and as Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement at Interface Solutions Inc., focusing on lean manufacturing programs. Philbrick's career began at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates as a Project Manager and Lead Consultant, alongside foundational experience as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Philbrick holds a degree from Virginia Tech, earned between 1992 and 1996.
