Nathaniel Capp

Nathaniel Capp is an experienced Volunteer Coordinator at KBOO Community Radio, overseeing a network of over 350 active volunteers since April 2022. Responsibilities include managing the volunteer database, producing a monthly newsletter, facilitating conflict resolution, and collaborating with various departments to ensure adequate volunteer support. Previous experience includes serving as Theater Manager at Hollywood Theatre for a decade, where Nathaniel managed a volunteer team, coordinated events, and enhanced membership programs. A background in film studies is complemented by a Master of Fine Arts from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Juniata College. Nathaniel is skilled in various software applications and has contributed to numerous film projects.
