Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at KAEFER Energy AS is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale new build, maintenance, and modification contracts in the oil and gas sector. The team, comprising a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Project Controller, ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest HSEQ standards. They coordinate various disciplines such as insulation, scaffolding, surface protection, and engineering across both offshore and onshore facilities.
