Ndukeabasi Inyang (PhD., PEng) currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence at KAEFER UK & Ireland, focusing on Lean methodologies, digital transformation, and innovation strategies. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Essence Cabinets Inc. and QueekHire Business Solutions Inc., specializing in continuous improvement, quality control, and business process optimization. Ndukeabasi's career began at All Weather Windows and extends back to research and teaching roles at the University of Alberta, culminating in a Doctorate in Civil Engineering.
