Erhard Dubs

Erhard Dubs has extensive experience in strategy, ESG, and corporate finance, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and ESG at KAEFER since October 2017, with previous roles including Manager of Corporate Strategy, Head of Market Intelligence, Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, and Corporate Controller. Prior to KAEFER, Erhard Dubs worked at Rheinmetall Defence from March 2015 to September 2017 in Business Unit & Project Controlling and as a Trainee in Commercial Project Management. Erhard Dubs has also gained valuable experience through internships at prominent firms such as UniCredit in Investment Banking, Hansaberatung in Legal and Tax Advisory, KPMG in Restructuring Advisory, and PwC in Audit Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Financial Management from the University of Groningen and Uppsala University, along with a Postgraduate degree from ESMT Berlin's Emerging Leaders Program.
