Saurabh Deshmukh

Saurabh Deshmukh currently serves as the Head of Department for Corporate Operations Excellence Lean at KAEFER, a position held since January 2017, and also functions as the Team Lead for Digital Transformation and Global Lean Coach. Prior to KAEFER, Saurabh worked at adidas Group as a Specialist in Continuous Improvement Initiative and interned in Performance Solution from April 2015 to May 2016. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Akson's Solar Equipments Private Limited from March 2011 to August 2013. Saurabh holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from thePower, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Diploma in Production Technology, Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
