Matthew Graham, PMP, is a seasoned project management consultant specializing in Workday solutions at Kainos since February 2022. With previous roles at Aldi UK, including National HR Manager and PMO Manager, Matthew has led significant change management initiatives and established effective project management practices. Notably, Matthew's leadership facilitated the successful launch of Workday across Aldi Scotland. Prior experience at Aldi USA includes enhancing customer satisfaction metrics as a District Manager. A professional athlete representing Great Britain in international competitions, Matthew holds an MSc in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's in Political Science from DePaul University.
