Meghan McTernan

Meghan McTernan is a Workday HCM Consultant at Kainos since September 2022, previously serving as a Global Rotation Graduate at TRG Screen from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Store Assistant at Lidl Ireland and Centra, and a Property & Legal Placement Student at Waterways Ireland. Meghan also worked as a People & Development Assistant at McElhinney's of Donegal, where contributions to core strategic areas of People, Communications, and Learning were made, alongside responsibilities as a GDPR project officer. Early career experience includes serving as a waitress at Carolines Cafe. Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Ulster University and a Foundation Degree in Business Services Management from South West College.
