Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards is the Head of Product at Kairos. Prior to joining Kairos, Chris was with Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, where they served as a Leadership Development Trainer and Coach from November 2005 to January 2011. Chris is a Franklin Covey Seven Habits Accredited Facilitator and has experience coaching senior leaders. Chris has also served as an action learning set facilitator and supervisor of coaching and mentoring. From January 2005 to December 2010, Chris was with Devon and Cornwall Police, where they held the position of Leadership Development Trainer. Prior to that, they were with Exeter Community Family Trust, where they served as Director of Training and Development from June 2000 to November 2005.

Chris Edwards studied social studies at the University of Exeter. Their focus was on sociology, social psychology, and theology.
