Bob Varnadoe

Bob Varnadoe currently serves as the VP of Technology Risk Management at Kaiser Permanente, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Bob operated as the Global CISO for NCR Voyix for a brief period in late 2023 and held the same title at NCR from March 2012 until October 2023. Bob's career includes significant experience at Fiserv, where responsibilities included developing security strategies and overseeing the Information Security department for over 13 years. Earlier roles at Fiserv featured positions such as Director of Security Strategy, Team Lead - Security Architecture, Manager of Security Support, and Security Engineer, focusing on security assessments, policy development, and infrastructure management. Bob's career began as IS Director at Greenberg Farrow Architecture, responsible for IT infrastructure for a 360-person firm. Bob attained a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1994.
