Leanne Deegenaars

Leanne Deegenaars, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing leadership and management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Regional Adult Patient Care Services at Kaiser Permanente since October 2015, Leanne has held various roles including Clinical Adult Nursing Director and Assistant Nurse Manager. Prior to this, Leanne worked at Banner Health as a Registered Nurse and at Kaiser Permanente as a Nurse Manager overseeing multiple medical-surgical units. Leanne began their management career at California Pacific Medical Center, where responsibilities included managing a 48-bed Medical-Surgical Unit and a 20-bed Orthopedic Unit. Leanne holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Southern Queensland, along with additional qualifications in nursing education and a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
