Maribel Soria

Maribel Soria, MPH, is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in community health leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation at Transform Health, LLC, Maribel leads cross-regional efforts in implementing CalAIM's Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports. Previously, as Director of Southern California Community Health Coordination with the California Health Medical Reserve Corps, Maribel focused on improving community health initiatives and developing strategic plans for disaster preparedness and resilience. Maribel's experience includes leadership roles at L.A. Care Health Plan, where Maribel expanded Community Resource Centers and managed Family Resource Centers, and at AltaMed Health Services, overseeing women’s health programs across multiple clinical sites. Maribel holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
