Nishant Kumar

Nishant Kumar, D.O., is a double board certified General Adult and Addiction Psychiatrist currently serving as a Partner Physician at Kaiser Permanente since July 2019. Nishant has extensive experience in addiction psychiatry, having held roles such as Medical Director at The Mental Health Collective, LLC, and various consulting positions in multiple treatment centers. Nishant has contributed as a Volunteer Advisory Board Member and Chair at Stand Up For Kids since June 2012, guiding organizational direction and project initiatives to combat youth homelessness. Nishant completed an Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship and served as Chief Resident in Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, following a medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and a B.S. from UCLA.
