Nita Jularbal-Walton

Nita Jularbal-Walton, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, serves as the Chief Nurse Executive at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing the successful achievement of the first ANCC Magnet Designation at Kaiser Vallejo Medical Center. This designation marks a significant milestone as the first of 21 Kaiser hospitals in Northern California to receive this honor. Nita has also held interim roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nurse Executive, successfully completing assignments for the East Bay, Richmond, and Oakland medical centers. Nita's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard University, ongoing Doctorate in Nursing Practice studies at the University of San Francisco, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University.
