Shehrose Charania

Shehrose Charania, MPH, currently serves as an Administrative Fellow at Kaiser Permanente since July 2023. Previously, Charania held roles such as Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Antiracism Research for Health Equity and Co-Director at CLARION UMN, both from August 2022 to May 2023. In addition, Charania interned for the Minnesota Public Health Association and worked at Mayo Clinic Health System as an Administrative Intern in the summer of 2022. Earlier experiences include consulting for WellShare International, research assistance at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and serving as the Minnesota State Fellow for Vote Run Lead. Charania's background also includes an internship at the Women's Congressional Policy Institute and tutoring refugees and immigrants through Literacy Network. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Health Equity from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
