Adi Harsono

Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2020. He serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 27, 2021. Indonesian Citizen, born in Cakranegara, Lombok on November 23, 1955, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia.

He graduated from Physics Faculty of the University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 1977. He continued to studied Nuclear Physics Engineering in the University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta and graduated in 1979. In 1998, he graduated from Executive Development Program in the Duke’s Fuqua University, North Carolina, USA. In 2009, he graduated from Tshinghua School of Management, Beijing, China. In 2010 he graduated from MIT Sloan Executive Education, Boston, USA. He began his career in West Africa, France, Indonesia as Field Engineer in oil operation company, Schlumberger in 1980-1986.
