Bridget Conti

Bridget Conti, MBA, FASPR, is the Director of Provider Recruitment, Onboarding and Retention at Kaleida Health since July 2023, where responsibilities include optimizing recruitment strategies and fostering a culture of shared purpose among stakeholders. With a background in healthcare administration education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Hilbert College from September 2018 to November 2024, Bridget brings extensive experience from Catholic Health as a Physician Recruiter & Retention Liaison and Physician Liaison, where comprehensive recruitment plans and strong candidate pipelines were developed. Prior experience also includes serving as the Director of Communications & Marketing at Excelsior Orthopaedics, managing communications for a multi-disciplinary medical practice. Bridget holds a B.S. in Retailing and an MBA in Marketing from Syracuse University.
