Lizette Roman

Lizette Roman, M.P.A, currently serves as Foster Care Team Supervisor at Kaleidoscope Inc. since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Foster Care Case Worker at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and ADA/FMLA Claims Expert at ComPsych. Earlier positions also involve serving as Child Welfare Specialist at Lawrence Hall and completing a Case Management Internship at Offender Aid and Restoration of Arlington County, Inc. where Lizette engaged in restorative justice initiatives. As an Americorps Member at United Way of Porter County, significant volunteer hours were dedicated to supporting the homeless population, and a Re-Entry Program Internship at Westville Correctional Facility involved assisting inmates with identification processes. Lizette holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Valparaiso University.
