Ana Carolina Baradel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Coordinator at Paques since July 2019, Ana Carolina is responsible for leading complex turnkey projects for notable clients such as Grupo Petrópolis and Cargill. Prior to this role, Ana Carolina spent over eleven years at Dedini S/A Industrias de Base, managing projects for significant companies including Heineken and P&G. Ana Carolina's career began with a traineeship at Athos Farma, focusing on logistics and process optimization.
