Bianca Griffioen

Bianca Griffioen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and transformation. Currently serving as Transformation Lead at MINDEF (NL) since October 2023 and holding the position of Agile Coach & Trainer at Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen since June 2022, Bianca also operates a personal consultancy, BiancaGriffioen.com, focusing on Kanban and agile methodologies. Bianca has contributed as a Kanban Train-the-Trainer, Coach, and Consultant with Kanban University since 2017, and previously served in various roles, including Kanban Coach & Trainer at Justitiële ICT Organisatie and Agile Coach at organizations such as Isala and ING Nederland. An educational foundation in Business Information Science was established at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree.
