Fernando Cuenca

Fernando Cuenca is an experienced professional in Agile and Kanban methodologies, currently serving as a Trainer of Kanban Trainers at Kanban University since May 2021, where training programs for Spanish-speaking markets are conducted. As an Accredited Kanban Trainer since March 2014, Fernando has provided extensive consultancy services, including coaching organizations on Agile transformation and Kanban implementation, with notable engagements at Scotiabank, Deloitte Canada, and various other firms. Fernando's career has spanned diverse roles such as Agile Coach and Consultant across multiple companies, including SquirrelNorth, TEKsystems, and Opalis Software Inc., where contributions included facilitating Agile practices, enhancing team dynamics, and overseeing product development projects. Fernando holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
