Before that, he was Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) and member of the Executive Committee at Swisscom AG for 9 years. Before that, he was Head HR at Schindler Switzerland and SwissRe. Since 2020 he has been a board member of the Swiss Employers' Association, President of the International Institute of Management in Technology - University of Friborg, Board of Trustees of comPlan and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Worklink AG. Dr. Werner is a proven leader in strategic and operational personnel management, with broad experience in digital transformation in human capital management as well as in change management.
